Welcome to CNA Skills at Home: Arizona Edition, a product and educational resource operated by CareSkill Education LLC. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website, beta waitlist, educational materials, videos, downloadable resources, communications, and related services.
By accessing our website, joining the beta waitlist, viewing our content, purchasing a product, or using any CNA Skills at Home materials, you agree to these Terms of Service.
CNA Skills at Home: Arizona Edition is an independent supplemental educational resource designed to help Arizona CNA students practice skills at home, learn skill flow and wording, and build confidence as they prepare for skills testing.
Our materials may include practice videos, printable guides, workbook-style resources, practice tips, skill-flow support, wording practice, reminders, beta updates, and other educational tools.
CNA Skills at Home: Arizona Edition is not a Board-approved Nursing Assistant Program, CNA training program, clinical program, certification program, licensing body, or official testing organization.
Our materials do not replace:
An approved CNA training program
Instructor guidance
Classroom, lab, or clinical instruction
Official testing requirements
State Board of Nursing rules or regulations
Guidance from an approved training program or official testing organization
Students are responsible for following the instructions, policies, curriculum, and requirements of their approved CNA program, instructors, and official testing organization.
CNA Skills at Home: Arizona Edition is designed to support practice, review, confidence-building, and preparation. We do not guarantee that use of our materials will result in passing a skills exam, certification, licensure, employment, admission into a program, or any specific outcome.
Testing results depend on many factors, including the student’s approved training program, personal preparation, skill performance, official testing standards, and testing organization requirements.
Our resources are intended for educational review and at-home practice support only. Students should not perform any skill, movement, transfer, or practice activity that feels unsafe or that has not been taught by their approved CNA program or instructor.
Users should not practice on vulnerable individuals, residents, patients, children, or anyone who cannot safely and voluntarily participate.
CNA Skills at Home materials do not provide medical care, nursing services, diagnosis, treatment, clinical supervision, or emergency guidance.
By using our website or materials, you agree to:
Use the materials for lawful educational purposes only
Follow all instructions from your approved CNA program and instructors
Follow any applicable testing organization rules
Practice safely and within appropriate student scope
Avoid using materials in a way that could cause harm to yourself or others
Avoid submitting false, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate information
Not copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse our materials
Joining the beta waitlist does not guarantee selection, access, enrollment, or a specific launch date. Beta access may be limited, delayed, modified, or discontinued at the discretion of CareSkill Education LLC.
Beta participants may be invited to provide feedback about the resource. Feedback may be used to improve CNA Skills at Home materials, website content, course design, workbook tools, and future products.
CNA Skills at Home: Arizona Edition is currently in development. Website content, beta features, launch dates, product descriptions, pricing, materials, and services may change as the resource is developed.
CareSkill Education LLC may update, remove, revise, or discontinue any part of the website, beta program, or educational materials at any time.
If paid products or services are offered, pricing, payment terms, refund policies, and access rules will be provided at or before the time of purchase.
Any promotional codes, complimentary beta access, founding supporter access, discounts, or special offers may be limited by time, availability, eligibility, or other conditions set by CareSkill Education LLC.
All supplemental educational materials provided through CNA Skills at Home, CNA Skills at Home — Partner Practice Connect, and any related website, app, product, lesson, download, video, image, slide, worksheet, vocabulary tool, practice guide, checklist, graphic, character, mascot, template, written explanation, or learning resource are the property of CareSkill Education LLC unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for the personal educational use of authorized users only. Users may access and use the materials to support their own learning, review, practice, and preparation. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, share, modify, repackage, screenshot for redistribution, claim ownership of, or use these materials for commercial, instructional, organizational, or training purposes without prior written permission from CareSkill Education LLC.
Unauthorized use, theft, reproduction, redistribution, or misrepresentation of CNA Skills at Home materials is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using the materials to create competing products, courses, apps, websites, training resources, social media content, handouts, presentations, videos, or paid educational services.
Access to CNA Skills at Home and Partner Practice Connect does not give users ownership rights to any content, branding, educational materials, characters, images, logos, videos, written resources, or supplemental tools. All rights remain with CareSkill Education LLC.
CareSkill Education LLC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who misuse, copy, distribute, or attempt to commercially exploit protected materials. CareSkill Education LLC also reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies for unauthorized use or infringement of its intellectual property.
Some promotional visuals may include AI-generated illustrations, representative images, or reenactments inspired by CNA education experiences. These visuals are used to protect student privacy and should not be interpreted as photos of actual students, graduates, patients, residents, clinical settings, or endorsements unless clearly stated otherwise.
Our website may contain links to third-party platforms, including but not limited to Podia, GoFundMe, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, payment processors, or other websites.
CareSkill Education LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, privacy practices, availability, or actions of third-party websites or platforms. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site they visit.
If you submit feedback, comments, questions, testimonials, suggestions, or other content to CNA Skills at Home, you agree that CareSkill Education LLC may use that information to respond to you, improve services, and develop educational materials.
We will not publicly use your full name, image, testimonial, or personal story in promotional materials without permission.
Use of our website and beta waitlist is also governed by the CareSkill Education LLC Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information may be collected, used, and protected.
