CareSkill Nursing Tools is being created to make learning, clinical preparation, and access to important nursing information more organized, efficient, and convenient—starting with our first product, CareSkill MedScope.

Practice Partner Connect™ is a safe, moderated student support and connection platform designed specifically for current and future CNA students. The application helps learners find compatible study partners, build supportive connections, organize study activities, and use interactive tools that make CNA education more collaborative and less isolating.

Inside Practice Partner Connect™, approved members can create a personalized profile, identify their goals and areas where they need the most support, and connect with other CNA students based on factors that matter to them. Matching options may include stage in the CNA journey, study needs, schedule, language preferences, cultural background, age range, learning goals, and other compatibility preferences.

Students can use Practice Partner Connect™ whether they are preparing to enter a CNA program, currently enrolled in training, reviewing for their state certification exam, strengthening a difficult skill or subject, or simply looking for other students who understand what they are working through.

The application also includes features that support ongoing learning and communication, including group conversations, direct messaging, peer interaction, meeting scheduling, Google Calendar integration, and options for coordinating virtual study sessions through platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. Interactive tools, including Nora Notes, help students organize information and turn class notes into useful study resources.

Practice Partner Connect™ was created to give CNA students a dedicated place to connect, study, practice, stay organized, build confidence, and support one another throughout their CNA education journey.

Practice Partner Connect™ — Nursing Edition will be a separate app and standalone product designed specifically for LPN/LVN and Associate Degree RN students. It will bring the connection, organization, and study-support features of Practice Partner Connect into a nursing-focused learning environment.

Students will be able to create profiles, find compatible study partners, message and participate in group discussions, schedule virtual study sessions, use Google Calendar integration, organize class notes with Nora Notes, track progress, and access interactive learning tools.

The Nursing Edition will also include a dedicated Nursing Lab and Resource Library covering subjects such as Fundamentals, Pharmacology, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Mental Health, Pediatrics, Maternal-Newborn Nursing, Physical Assessment, IV Therapy, Dosage Calculations, Pathophysiology, test-taking strategies, clinical judgment, and more.

Student Success Coaching provides personalized one-on-one educational support for CNA, LPN/LVN, and RN (ADN) students who want extra guidance, structure, encouragement, and feedback throughout their healthcare education journey.

Students work directly with Eric Shea, BSN, RN, who brings 16 years of nursing experience and 6 years of nursing education experience to each session. Coaching is tailored to the learner’s current educational level, goals, strengths, and areas of difficulty.

Your coaching package begins with a comprehensive learning assessment to identify where you are now and where support may be most helpful. From there, you receive four individualized tutoring sessions focused on the areas that matter most to your success.

Support may include coursework review, medical terminology, laboratory or clinical concepts, study habits, test-taking strategies, exam preparation, organization, confidence-building, and navigating the expectations of nursing education.

Whether you are preparing to enter a CNA program, working through practical nursing school, or progressing through an RN program, Student Success Coaching gives you a dedicated space to ask questions, strengthen difficult areas, and move forward with a clearer plan.

Arizona Skills at Home - Arizona Edition is an independent supplemental app designed to support Arizona Nursing Assistant students as they practice for the lab portion of their CNA program and prepare for their state certification examination. CNA programs include classroom, lab, and clinical learning, and this resource focuses on helping students strengthen their hands-on skills outside of scheduled lab time. Students can use the app on a phone, tablet, or computer to watch skills videos, review step-by-step checklists, study supplemental materials, and learn how to use everyday household items as safe practice substitutes while keeping Arizona State Board of Nursing requirements in mind. The goal is to help students make better use of their study time, build confidence, and develop a stronger skill flow as they prepare to successfully complete the required lab skills in their approved CNA program and move toward certification.

CNA Skills at Home — Jump Start is an independent supplemental app designed for multilingual learners and students who want a supportive head start before beginning their CNA class. Students can use the app on a phone, tablet, or computer to learn the basic foundations of a Nursing Assistant program in a simple, beginner-friendly way. Jump Start focuses heavily on medical terminology, test-taking strategies, culture and language support, and the early knowledge students need to feel more prepared before entering the classroom, lab, and clinical setting. The goal is to help learners start stronger, build confidence, understand key CNA concepts, and feel less overwhelmed as they begin their journey into CNA training.
